Stilla Circle
Gatherings and long weekends away for business owners, founders and investors. Ten people at a time for real connections.
Trust takes time together.
Business clubs are good at talks and contact lists. Real trust is rarer. It usually comes from time spent together away from work — a long walk, a shared dinner, an honest conversation. Stilla Circle creates that time on purpose, for a small group, a few times a year.
Started in Vienna in 2026 by K.
Phones go in an envelope.
On arrival everyone puts their phone in an envelope and seals it. It is kept by the host, and families get a number that always answers. You can take it back at any time. Without screens, people actually talk to each other.
Thursday to Sunday, one table.
A private estate about an hour from the city. Rooms, meals by a cook, a sauna, walks, some hands-on work — garden, kitchen, a craft. Dinners at one long table. If the group wants, a session to share experience; no lectures and no coaching. Everything is organised and included.
My goal is to make you forget about all the daily burdens that prevent you from reaching your full potential.
Backlogs, phones, contractors, vendors, and meetings stay outside of our environment.
People who build and carry responsibility.
Founders, owners, investors, executives. We don’t select by revenue. We look at what you have built, how many people depend on it, what you do beyond your company and whether you like to share what you know. Every application is read by a person, and a recommendation from someone inside helps most.
Rest, a clear head, and people you trust.
Three simple rules make it work: no selling to each other, no titles at the table, and what is said stays in the group. After a weekend together, people keep helping each other — introductions, advice, an open door.
Start with a dinner.
The first Stilla dinner is in Vienna, for twelve guests. The first long weekends follow in spring 2027; a membership club comes later, once the first groups have met. Write to us and we will get in touch personally.
